How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order within the US.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Most arrive 7–14 business days after they ship. Every product page shows an estimated delivery date range.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Why did my order come in more than one package?

Items in the same order, especially kits, sometimes ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for each package.

What's the difference between a kit and buying items separately?

Kits bundle matching items, like a printer with extra paper or a printer with a 3D pen in the same color. They include everything you need and cost less than buying each piece on its own.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost. See our return policy for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus the express checkout options shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely and we never see your full card number.

Does the pocket printer need ink?

No. It uses thermal paper, so there's no ink or cartridges to buy. Refill paper rolls are available on the printer's page.

Is the 3D pen safe for kids?

The pen tip gets hot, so younger kids should use it with an adult.
