Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays, peak seasons or because of carrier delays.

Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Orders with more than one item
Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You’ll get tracking for each package.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us at fulldivercommunications@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll help sort it out.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but contact us right away and we’ll do our best to help.
